High Tech Precast Co Ltd is a joint venture between Shwe Taung Cement Co. Ltd, a subsidiary of Shwe Taung Development Company and Robin Village International Pte Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Singapore’s company, Tiong Seng Contractors Pte Ltd. The joint venture company has set up a precast plant in Yangon, Myanmar to produce precast components for Myanmar market.
With Robin Village International Pte Ltd’s technical know-how and expertise, High Tech Precast Co.,Ltd can provide a one-stop solution from design to the production and delivery of precast concrete components to any projects in the country.
The precast plant is located at the Southern part of Yangon. It’s first precast project was the 18-storey Ayeyarwun-Yadanar High - Rise Building Project which is within the Dagon Seikkan Township. Precast concrete façade, slabs, staircase, beams and parapets were used in this project.
The precast plant has also designed and supply precast components for low cost housing in Yuzuna housing estates using semi-precast as well as the precast box system.
Other precast components supplied by the plant include precast concrete kerbs, drains and box culvert for infrastructure projects.
